Bart Cutino General Manager
Bart Cutino, son of Sardine Factory Co-Owner Bert Cutino, was born in Monterey California. Soon after beginning high school, Bart was spending time at the Sardine Factory with his father and current Chef De-Cuisine Gasper Catanzaro doing prep work and making desserts. Over the next several years while completing an Associates Degree at Monterey Peninsula College, he worked and gained experience in most facets of the kitchen.
In 1996, Bart left Monterey for Fresno State University to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Criminology/Law Enforcement, graduating in 2000. Unable to resist the lure of the restaurant, he returned to the Sardine Factory in early 2001 as Assistant Manager and Dining Room Supervisor.
Bart currently resides in Monterey. His hobbies include playing guitar, weightlifting and studying Forensic and Cryptozoology science. Oddly, for a native Californian, he is also an avid Toronto Blue Jay and Miami Dolphin fan.
