Marc Cutino Cellar Master
Marc Cutino is the Cellar Master at the world famous Sardine Factory restaurant in Monterey, California. After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley in 1987 with a degree in social science and a career in real estate and financing, he was drawn to the family business by a love of wine and a passion to learn as much as possible about the subject.
Marc now oversees one of the greatest wine lists in the world. The Sardine Factory's wine cellar contains close to 30,000 bottles and boasts upwards of 1,250 selections. The wine list has been a Wine Spectator's "Grand Award" winner since 1982.
