Featuring more than 1,300 labels and 35,000 bottles, the Sardine Factory wine list has become known as one of the finest in the world.
The wine list at the Sardine Factory has, in fact, been the recipient of the "Best Wine List in the World" award from Wine Spectator
for 21 years running. The restaurant's selection features both high-end, prestigious vintages, such as an 1870 Chateau Lafitte Rothschild
Pauillac priced at $10,000, and over two dozen well-chosen domestic and imported whites for under $30. The wines are stored in the
underground Wine Cellar, an impressive room filled with antiques and objets d'art in the styles of Napoleon III, Queen Victoria and Louis XIV.
The Cellar can be reserved for private parties of up to 28. Dinners in the Wine Cellar are the ultimate experience of luxury and privacy.
Executive Chef Jacques Wilson
and Giovanni Sercia, wine cellar host, orchestrate the event, matching the flavors and intensity of the cuisine
and wine to classical music. Growing in harmony with the California wine industry itself, the Sardine Factory wine list delivers a broad
selection of Californian wines and many Monterey County wines in particular, which have proven to be among our guests' favorite selections.
