Friends of the Factory Guest Rewards Terms and Conditions

The Friends of the Factory Guest Rewards program is offered as a courtesy to our returning guests. By enrolling in the program, members agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility - The program is available to guests who enroll through OpenTable and provide a valid email address. Membership is non-transferable.

2. Earning Rewards - Rewards are earned based on completed reservations booked through OpenTable under the member’s account. Canceled or no-show reservations do not count toward reward eligibility.

3. Redeeming Rewards - Rewards may be redeemed only during dine-in service and must be presented to the host or server at the time of the visit. Each reward may be used one time only. Only one reward may be redeemed per reservation unless otherwise stated. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other discounts, credit, or gratuity.

4. Program Limits - Rewards cannot be combined with other promotional offers, prix-fixe menus, special events, or private dining unless approved by management. The Sardine Factory reserves the right to verify identity to confirm membership.

5. Expiration and Changes - Rewards that do not specify an expiration date remain valid unless the program is modified or discontinued. The Sardine Factory may update, suspend, or end the Guest Rewards program at any time without prior notice. Any unused rewards at the time of modification or termination may no longer be valid.

6. Restaurant Policies - Use of rewards is subject to all existing restaurant policies, including age requirements for alcohol service. Management reserves the right to decline reward redemption in cases of misuse, abuse, or fraud.

7. Privacy - Member information collected through OpenTable is used in accordance with OpenTable’s privacy policy and The Sardine Factory’s guest communications practices.

Participation in the Friends of the Factory Guest Rewards program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
